My New Book about being bipolar
My new book is out!
Having had to deal with my own bipolar disorder for some time now, I wanted first to write a book that helped others who are just learning that they suffer from Bipolar Disorder, or even who just suspect they might, begin to understand how they might go from suffering through it, to going out and achieving anyways, and, ultimately, to always abide through all of the strikes and gutters life throws our way.
Or, perhaps you just know a friend or loved one who suffers from bipolar and you just want to learn how you can better support them and what living with the mental illness is like from their perspective. If so, this book is for you.
Or, maybe you just follow me on TikTok and want a front-row seat to all of the juicy manic bipolar stories that I couldn't talk about on there. If so, this book will definitely scratch that itch.
But regardless of why you pick it up, I hope you won't be able to put it down, and I would bet another stay in the psych ward that you'll at least enjoy it, and that it'll make you laugh to beat the band.
